Refund policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At BadBee, each product is crafted with care, and we want every customer to receive the best possible experience. To maintain hygiene and product quality standards, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.
However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions listed below.
1. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:
- You received a wrong product,
- You received a damaged or defective item, or
- You need a size exchange (subject to stock availability)
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags must remain intact
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Perfumes
- Washed or used clothing
- Items purchased during Final Sale / Clearance
- Accessories (if applicable)
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
- Email us at support@badbee.in
- Include your Order ID, issue description, and clear images of the product
- Our support team will verify the request
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and process the exchange
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
4. No Refund Policy
BadBee strictly follows a No Refund Policy.
No monetary refunds, reverse payments, or cancellations are provided once an order is placed.
5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Courier attempts exceeded
Reshipping charges may apply.
